Dr. Alice Nkore is an organizational psychologist and a professional business consultant. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology, PsyD, with an emphasis in Organizational Management and Consulting, an MBA from the University of Dallas Texas, and BA in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Uganda.
She has worked with many organizations, including the Walt Disney World Supply Chain Management and she is currently a business management and leadership consultant with the Institute of African Leadership in Simi Valley, California.
Dr. Nkore has acquired skills in the practice and profession of consulting, specifically in the areas of training and development, executive coaching, organizational research, strategic planning and strategic management, change management, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Her consulting focus is to develop individuals who in turn will be in a position to organize, lead, and transform organizations, whether that organization consists of their family, their community, a business, or government.
Her goal is to make sense of complex issues and make them accessible and easily understood by common people so they are not left behind in the current wave of global transformation.
